Level 1 Preliminary Quote – You can get a preliminary estimate during the initial design stage of your project. The purpose is to provide you with an introductory cost of your project. This can be done before the availability of detailed drawings.

Level 2 Basic Quote – You will recieve a fixed price quote according to the documentation provided with a standard inclusions list of your choice. Timeframe: 3 – 4 weeks.

Level 3 Express Level – You will recieve a fixed price quote according to the documentation provided with a standard inclusion list of your choice. Timeframe: within 48 – 72 hours.

Level 4 Detailed Quote – You will recieve a fixed price quote according to the documentation provided with a standard inclusion list of your choice and allowances provided to the PC items.

Level 5 Custom Quote – You will recieve a quote according to the documentation provided with a standard inclusion list of your choice and allowances provided to the PC items and Allowances Allocations shown for each category requested.

We also offer a free quote comparison service where our team will assist you in comparing quotes you have received from all your builders. This service helps determine what is included and what is not included so you understand exactly what you have been quoted for.
